Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. We offer a variety of training methods so that you can get exactly what you are looking for out of your workout.

1:1 Personal Training

Are you new or not confident in the gym and need more support to get started? Do you want to get the most out of your time in the gym? Do you want a done-for-you service where you don’t have to think about anything? If you are willing to turn up, work hard and do your best, then Personal Training is ideal for you! I'll be the concierge in charge of your health and well-being.

Group Circuit & Strength Classes

When it comes to fitness, working out in a group can boost motivation, burn more calories and above all, can be more fun than working out solo. Our circuit classes provide high intensity sessions that are always varied and lots of fun.


However, if you want to burn calories and build muscle at the same time, then strength classes might be for you. These provide lower impact, higher weighted movements to really tone your physique.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

Do you already train in the gym but you feel you need support and clear direction with your nutrition? Maybe you need accountability and an expert to help you achieve results. Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching provides clear and concise guidance on how best to treat your body. Choosing a correct dieting technique is vital - in your bi-weekly check-ins, we will provide insightful feedback on current progress and next steps towards your end goal.
