"I find training with Lou incredibly motivating! She has structured a training programme specifically for my skiing demands and tailored it well around my injuries, keeping the intensity up! She us very conscientious and can make on the spot changes to your programme when necessary!

 

Aside from the training, Lou encourages a healthy diet and has given me plenty of food ideas and recipes to keep on track without becoming bored or getting cravings for a sneaky portion of chips!!
